Stone of Morid help
 

Cannot seem to get the goblin fanatic to spawn in Frontier Mountains which I believe is where he was moved to. If anyone has any information or has one available let me know please. Spent numerous hours and could not get him to spawn.

He is in the Soothsayer room in the gobbie mines. Soothsayer PH spawns on the left of the Kiln and fanantic spawns on the right of it.

Got mine while camping EoE. Was a nice surprise as I am a Iskar Monk.

Fanatic has not been moved to Frontier Mountains. He is still in Droga. You need to kill all the goblins in the Soothsayer room as well as that well area outside Soothsayer room. Uncommon spawn / Uncommon drop.

Keep at it. Soothsayer drops some good stuff too.
