Are you pressing the correct button to take screenshots? When you press the button, does it say in the chat window, Taking a screenshot... and all that? I made the mistake of trying to take pictures with my print screen button until I realized that the screenshot button was bound to the "-" minus button.

Yeah oh yeah it gave the message im using the right key and all "taking a screenshot" using that minus button, just any new screen shots are not showing up in the folder !

Are your logs in the log folder? I believe under Vista/7 that the data might be in the %APPDATA%\Everquest folder depending on how you did the install.

Is it possible you have more than one installation of EQ and are looking in the wrong directory?

Threw me off once

Are you running windows vista? If so, having eq running under(inside) program files blocks it out and doesn't allow you access. If you move EQ(Sony) under the C drive outside of the programs it will allow you access. I think this also does it for Win7.

TL/DR

Move the Song/Eq file out of the programs file and as a standalone under your main drive.

i will try all these things you guys posted, i did just 2 new hard drives so theres something up

Search all your hard drives for "EQ000" you should find it

They will probably end up being in something like

Users > Name > AppData > Local > VirtualStore > Program Files (x86) > Sony > Everquest > Screenshots
