Issue loading into character select screen
 

Ive never had any issues in the past loading in on p1999 and logging
On. Ive tried to get on all day today and it keeps kicking me out to the account/password screen after I click to log into the character select screen of p1999. It gives me a prompt
Saying I might need to update or I'm having trouble staying connected to the patch server. I logged onto the forums to see if were the only one having issues and it seem my laptop can barely navigate the forums. Pages aren't loading. Have to refresh and refresh to get anything to work. I check using my iPhone 4s with 3G and
The page works fine. Is anyone else with AT&T broadband having issues today?

Exact same thing started happening to be. I am also using AT&T.

I thought it was just my install because I had been bypassing the patcher so I tryed to do a fresh install and things got even worst. None of the usual tactics are working.

I unfortunately think its some issue on our end with AT&T. Whether it e nodes or something they have limited for security issues we seem to be cut off from the eq p1999 world as of now.

I've disabled windows firewall, & my AT&T firewall and still no luck. Added exceptions to both of them as well. The website & forums are loading crazy slow making it hard for me to even check replies here or such for a fix.

Someone please help us! I just got back into EQ and was about to be lvl 34 I just want my evercrack.

Also happening here! Slow forums and timeouts/drops/errors upon trying to connect to server. Never had a problem before..

also having this issue, also have AT&T, but I'm not having issues with anything else. Can surf websites fine, Netflix, etc. just no p1999 can occasionally get in.

same here I tryed rebooting , resetting my modem , I even called at&t ... nothing has worked .... At&t says its not on thier end , and my service is working fine . And it was working fine last night .Sooo I dont know ...

Also reset modem, and same thing.

Having same issue as well, on AT&T. Is related to a particular region on AT&T? Greater cleveland area here. I've done the disconnect reset thing with the modem. When I do manage to get into EQ I'm fine so long as I don't attempt to zone. Ive had this problem since like 10 am east.
