Good luck, you'll get plenty of pain meds for the recovery even though the post-surgery pain is really marginal.

I had this surgery a few years ago. Don't lift anything even remotely heavy for at least a month unless you wanna go back under the knife ;)

You'll be alright, just make sure they don't use that mesh shit! It will fuck you up for life and they never want to take that shit out when it does cause a problem.
