I liked the ending. Watching Jimmy Kimmel special for alternate endings now.

I super liked it. Sad it's over :(

I thought it was incredible, the show was definitely dragged out but the ending brought everything full circle.

Lost was about relationships and choice, not all the theories and numbers; just like life.

The ending was so good, I'm looking forward to the essay Doc Jensen writes this week.
The ending caused me to have some trouble sleeping, I kept thinking "what if I don't get stuck on a mysterious desert island and forge intense relationships".

Overall great ending, on par with how good The Sopranos ending was.

Brilliant ending. Great series.

I like the series alot, but the ending blew so much ass. It didnt explain shit!!!!! So they were dead from the start? the whole island ment nothing and the flashsidesways ment nothing? Were they alive on the island and then died off? Why didnt ben go at the end? was he not dead?
Why in the flashsideways do they have memories of the island when they are dead?
WAS EVERYTHING THAT LEAD UP TO THE LAST EPISODE POINTLESS? It sure seems like it. Probally going to piss alot of people off by saying it sucked, but I was a huge fan of the show and think the ending was terrible. To each there own, but I would love to hear what people think as to what that shit ment and all the questions that were left unanswered. As you can tell I am mad about the ending

SPOILERS: If you don't know what happened, and don't want to, do not read further. This is my interpretation, however.

Everything that happened, happened. People died at different times. Time is a circle. The alternate/modern day life that was shown was created by them as a place to meet back up, to continue to the afterlife.

It was suggested that the most memorable point in your life, what really defines you as a person and the people around you at that time are linked together. To proceed forward, they needed everyone together that was a part of it, to go together.

If you notice towards the end, Hurley says to Ben, "You were a great #2." That suggests that time did progress past the point of Jack dying on the island. No one knows how long the Hurley/Ben reign was, or what happened afterwards.

Everyone dies eventually.

See thats what I was thinking for alot of it, but timelines don't add up and stuff to me I guess, So what was Fayadays mom (the mystic woman)? She knew everything that was happening and could see both worlds, also why was everyone else in the hall at the end waiting for jack when jack died from the knife wound, but yet as you said hurley was the leader with ben for awhile.
So basically they did crash and lived on the island, and the flashsideways was the world they created so that they could all meet back up? The scenes at the end suggest that the crash killed everyone, i thought at least. God dam i have so many questions!!!!!

Something tells me I'm glad I never really watched the show, because what you guys are typing is really creepy. :P

I'm bad about not watching final episodes anyway. Did Ross and Rachel finally get back together? Was there really a one-armed man? Did Dr. Banner ever lean to control the raging beast within? Did the Korean War ever end? Did Tony Soprano ge
