The TMO Guild Bank has extra spells to sell to those with platinum. Below is the list of spells updated often. PM market offers to Eccezan on forums or in game.

Include in your offer how much plat you are offering and which spells you need. Sales will generally be market value, but negotiation can be made for people with large amount of spell requests.

I dunno about that. P1999 has alot of turnover, there's always someone new that needs something.

For Trak BP's send tells inquiring about which piece specifically you are interested in, and price offering. Also, bump per 16> hour rule.
