Most fun class to twink?
 

So what does everyone think is the most worthwhile and fun class to invest piles of plat in and twink out? And why?

I have seen twink monks just own everything. With a fungi tunic and a nice haste item and a good weapon they are very beastly.

I don't have the resources to roll twinks yet, but if I did it would probably be a monk. Not to mention he could power level all my buddies about as good as any other class can.

I'd say ogre or troll warrior is fun.

Monk for sure. Duel wield, regen, haste and you are all set!

I concur with monk. Melee in general benefit more from high-quality gear at low levels than casters do, and monks in particular were at the height of their power as a class during the Kunark-Velious era.

If platinum is truly no object (along the lines of you keep a backup prenerf stick on your EC alt "just incase," you use gate pots because you're too lazy to look for ports, etc.), any melee will be ridiculous. Which is the most fun, though, depends on the person.

Of course, with that kind of pp, enchanters, shamans, and necromancers will end up about as crazy as a melee, especially if solo/duo is your kind of thing. Clerics get crazypowerful with a lot of money too, but I don't think most people would consider that to be as much fun.

Go Rogue or go home. Get him a Fungi, Epic, some STR and HP gear and you'll shred. Mine is 22 right now, ripping through deepwater crocs (dark blues) in Oasis and not losing a single HP.

The solo road goes downhill fast for a rogue. You can dump a ton of plat into one but you will still be forced to group/duo before 45.

Monk is hands down the best melee for a twink. Its expensive but he will be a beast. If you want a caster, shaman is probably your best option.
