According to EQTraders and P99 Wiki He should be carrying Chainmail Boot Patterns. (I realize p99 wiki isn't accurate, but so far EQTraders has been dead on)

He currently carrying every other Chainmail Piece except the boots. (S/s below of his goods...missing boots.)
