Buffing during duels
 

When two people are engaged in duel, someone outside it can heal/buff the players. Buffs won't show on effects list but they affect the buffed player. And ofc clerics can ninja-cheal Gugmos that were losing the duels! >=(

Also doesn't show any messages like "%T is enveloped by a shield of flames" if DMG shielded.

Thats how its always worked. Your mixed up. Its suppose to be that players in a duel / pvp enabled cannot heal/buff other/non-pvp players.

Awh. Shoddy memories then. =p

Hmm, guess those 50 clerics and druids and whatnot that surrounded me ogre and a some 20 lvls lower high elf wizzy dueling back on live weren't total douchebags then. Altho they had buffed the bugger to the hills.
