How do u recharge if its one of a kind?

Its rechargeable at a quest NPC given enough faction

Not to threadcrap, but what do you say the item is one of a kind? I think there are quite a few. However, you are right, it is no longer on the quest item table.

For a DE Sk, this is am amazing item. As others have said, just need the faction to recharge.

Quite a few, I don't know about that. Maybe a few dozen? How many people really even know this thing exists and how many of the people that have them, still actually play anymore? For my DE SK I thought it was amazing, a game changer. No more CRs for a tank.. Awesome. But that is just my opinion, try it for yourself! I'm only selling it because I'm going back to my shamy.
