I agree it is. Not to train Tortue is a bannable offense. If you are caught in the same zone as him and not training him, you will be reported.

Clearly he saw me call him out on the BotB smack talk thread, and got scared.What better way to avoid fighting me than to claim he was deleveled and claims only lvl 60s will win.

TBH, Xosire would train anyone in Tortue's position.
