New Iksar Necro - No Newbie Gear

Level: 1 (newly created character)

Class: Necro

I did not receive a newbie note, food, weapon, or spells upon logging in for the first time after creating a new Iksar Necro.

I exited the game, deleted, and re-created the character but the second character also did not have any newbie gear.

Same here, but with a DE.

Edit: and a human.

I created two Rangers, both with different names, and neither had food, drink, note, or weapon.

Same thing just happened to me on a dwarf rogue. :\

Confirmed. We're looking into it.

This is now fixed.
