Theft of thought

ToT should work on all mobs until about 6 months into Velious.

not sure if worth changing but just sayan!

It will still resist on belly casters if cast from out of melee range, and it will resist on mobs that are 100% MR (and possibly all raid mobs.. are Vox and Naggy supposed to be 100% MR? I know they aren't on p99, but should they be?)

Fire giant wizard resisted this at 51. Several mobs that 'cast' something end up not being tappable. Truly unless you're going to a heavy caster dungeon this isn't overly useful.

The fire giant wizard resisted because you weren"t in melee range. The only mob I have had resist this spell is Lady Vox.

This spell does stack with clarity, as it is not an affect but an instant drain like any life tap. Also as far as resistability goes, the only time I"ve seen it be resisted was on a spite golem in hate. (which is 100% MR anyway) I think unless the mob is garunteed a resist no matter what, this spell will work.

Should be resistable by all mobs, has a MR check.

My point is that it should work on manaless mob until like 6 month in velious.

Right now you can only cast it on mobs with mana.

Its not a big deal, just wanted things to be accurate.
