Future Velious and the Awakening of the Sleeper
 

Thanks to the GMs and Devs supporting this project. Onto my question.

In Velious, will the Sleeper be able to be awakened here hindering drops of many rare and sought-for items?

tmo via their gm and members such as alarti have said they will wake him asap since they (TMO) are the only people who deserve those pixels

Actually, since I can speak for myself TMO has mentioned that we have no intention of waking the sleeper unless the Staff says they will reset the server to pre-awakened status.

They should just make it so that you can't awaken the Sleeper (either that or what Alarti suggested). I get that almost no one will want to block everyone out of the loot that would stop dropping, but why even give them the option?

And P99 isn't really Classic Everquest.

But then that wouldn't be "Classic"(TM) and like Dany just said, P99 for all it claims, is NOT classic

this may have been mentioned before but, when did item looting messages get implemented in game? I remember groups where people were always paranoid if the looter had really just looted an FBSS off the frenzied, for example, and claimed it was just another ring instead (or whatever the common drop was)

It has a forum where the top guild is flamed (no matter which it may be at the time) and there is always a new thread debating the status of the Sleeper.
