AoE Heal Threat
All of the group heals, but especially WoR. It used to be like this for pack chloro / group regrowth as well (worked well to pick up kiting threat, too... :P) But it makes healing many encounters far, far harder than it should be (Hoshkar's a pretty good example, especially now that VP is outdoors). I'm gonna start looking tonight for anything I can find but I don't think there will be much in the ways of it because who talks about low threat good working group heals? Anyone else's experiences / information would be appreciated. Any leads pertaining to group heal threat would also be good. Thanks.

It's always caused such a high threat. It's a pretty much a complete heal x 6.

I've always felt like the aoe heals were more than six times the aggro of a normal heal, but that's just anecdotal. You can test the exact aggro of the two spells by just asking a GM to look at combat logs for two different fights where you use the spells (so one fight use an aoe heal, another fight use the corresponding single target heal, and ask the GM to compare the aggro values).

WoR could mean either Word of Redemption (Group CH) or Word of Restoration (750hp heal and remove 9 disease/poison counters).
I can usually rely on Word of Restoration to cause me to be instantly summoned by Trakanon and/or Hoshkar when it connects on my whole group. |

If this is fixed now though it will need to be reverted to the above quotes post Velious. This made mobs in Velious fairly difficult at first engage. If your tank did not produce enough procs before the first CH would hit the cleric was getting curb stomped pretty quick. Noone really used mallets back then for aggro. |
