Rot Quality Rogue Equipment?
 

Just wondering if anyone knows of any spots (maybe lv 30+) where no-drop rogue equipment rots? Ideally, few see invis mobs. My little rogue (first char on p99) could use some otherwise worthless freebies.
Most slots in my equip are banded or 1(small) step up.
