Is the
Pestilence Scythe from lord grimrot MQ'ed? if so I am looking for it. I have the heart and faction.

I also have gnawfangs tooth and several of his pelts if anyone wants to buy them

Quests implemented before Kunark are hit and miss on MQability. Unless someone can confirm it has been done, I would try to camp it.
