Forum BBCode not working
 

The bbcode manually works fine but when trying a quick button or a smiley nothing happens. I had this issue with my site and it ended up being a javascript issue.

Something I also noticed is if you mouse over a person's name on the forum, the usual popup to send them a PM etc. does not come up.
