can non shaman with max true spirit handin tear?
 

title says it. Friend of mine looted tear and has grinded out almost max true spirit faction wiki says only sham can do handin but (as wiki is frequently incorrect) anyone know this for certain one way or the other (seems weird a non sham could do every other step except that one)

Dont know anyone personally who has done this, but from what I "know" you can hand in the Tear at Kindly
