Need help with problem!
 

So I installed eq and did everything correctly and it's currently located in my program files (x86) folder. I try running eqemu and it works all good it takes me to a login screen. Then I try to log in and it works and I get into the server list choose p99 and it acts like it lets me in. Then go's into a windowed mode and the screen go's black then like a min later it takes me right back to the login screen. I have no idea why it does this is it because my ping is too high. I am on satellite internet. Any help in resolving this would be greatly appreciated.

I had a similar thing happen after a zone loading crash to desktop.
When I attempted to log back in and click play, I experienced what you have.

They say it's often connection related ; high ping, packet loss, etcetc.

Do you ever get the error 1017 L Cannot Login to the EverQuest server.

?

Try searching for information on that.
