Bard based bugs/oversights

Lvl 52 bard song.
I dont believe it is supposed to shrink you.
I checked allakhazam and in the comments someone mentions that they should make it shrink you aswell so people will use it. but asfar as i can tell it isnt supposed to actually shrink you.

Unfortunately i didnt start intill luclin so i am unfamiliar with how things were midkunark. But i believe also enchanter mezz is supposed to overwrite and block bard mezz. if for no other reason than enchanter mezz is stronger in every way and the game mechanic is backwards, it causes many issues between bards and enchanters in the same group and if it is an oversight it would be lovely if it could be added to the next batch of patch fixed. Well, I did my job, I'll relax now and leave it in your hands to decide if these are really bugs, and if so, figure out how to patch them. :)

Actually your job is supposed to be finding specific quotes from the timeline that support changing the mechanics. You need proof for what you remember. Prove it for them, and they don't need to go around for 20 minutes trying to figure out what it was supposed to be like exactly.

There were not any bard songs to shrink you.

I think Bard mez is supposed to overwrite enchanter mez because it also debuffs MR a bit. That's just a hunch though, I have no evidence to support it other than that.

As for Nilipus' March of the Wee, it shouldn't shrink you:

You guys are all idiots, this song is pretty good in that it does a small rune as well as some good stat buffs. Instruments have no effect on this song as well. The only set back though, is that once the rune effect drops, the buff effects drop as well. In real dungeons, which is where lvl 52 bards fight, the song is virtually worrthless in this respect because the buffs will drop when the mob hits you the first time.

NO this song does not make you smaller.

Other comments indicate that it didn't have a shrinking effect.

I reported 2 possible bugs, included the best links I could find. I am not sure what else a casual player like myself is supposed to do here. And intill/inless a GM tells me otherwise. My job is done :)

Biggest one is tash from orb/journey man walking stick stacking with enchanter tash when proc'd from a bard. Our live bards used 2 tash orbs for a reason.

Makes me sad not seeing it :(.

that would imply MR mattered enough to bother double tashing here ;)
