Problem with EQemulator ( kinda )

So I installed everything yesterday and played for a while, nothing wrong there. I installed the patcher for another Emul I used to play and I thought I could hang out in both ( i'm a degen ). Now when I try to play P99, the UI simply does not work, it always connects to the other one. I even deleted all the files I knew. So I guess it has to do with the PORT number or some other crap I don't know because I'm retarded around computers.

Any tips to alleviate my pressure ? I don't want to resolve to re-installing the whole thing !

If you only see one server in the server select window, your eqhosts.txt might have been patched with a private / mini login server address.

Try opening eqhosts.txt with notepad or similar - only thing that should be inside it is the following two lines:

[LoginServer]
Host=login.eqemulator.net:5998

Those two lines will allow you to see all the servers that utilizes the eqemulator loginserver.

IF you are using SOD / Underfoot client (chances are you are prolly not since you have p99 working), the two lines should be:

[LoginServer]
Host=login.eqemulator.net:5999

/ Aorc
