Random Disconnect (to Login)
 

Ever since V22, I've been having random disconnects, where it boots me back to login screen. Has anyone else had this issue? This happens on all accounts, and in multiple locations (so can't be limited to 1 account or IP).

I have been having major issues lately with crashing while zoning. I will zone (either run through zone line or click what needs clicking or "create a shimmering portal") but the loading screen will never appear and I will never arrive in the new zone. To fix this, I have to end the game's process via the task manager or right-click -> Close on the taskbar and then relaunch Everquest. Once I arrive at the character select for P99 again, my character will show he is in the new zone, and I can log in to the new zone.

I cannot tell if this is a Windows issue or if it is an Everquest client/server issue.

I did not appear to have these issues last night, leading me to believe my issues were the result of Server-Client interaction (or lack-thereof) and not a Windows or installation issue.

I had those problems last week and then they mysteriously disappeared this week. If you look at my wireshark thread there was some serious packet corruption/loss between me and the login server which evidentially has disappeared.
