Is Zone Viewer against the rules?

I recently downloaded the EQZoneViewer, an independent program that lets you view EQ zones completely unpopulated. I know it uses the game files to construct the zones, was just wondering if this is Kosher.

I can't imagine its any different from just running around the zones on your own private server...or live...or any emu where you have no danger of dying.

You can, but only sissy nerds who can't act in the face of uncertainty need to do this. This is a game not a special op mission in Afghanistan (although many players here play as if it were a special op mission)

Nah, Spec-Ops has insertion and extraction; the key is mobility, not getting pinned down and moving faster than you can be boxed in. Here its sitting right outside the spawn with a force large enough to dissuade your enemies from attacking for hours on end. Similar to the U.S. Navy parking carriers right off the coast of any country they are attempting to put pressure on.

Looks like we have a military man here.

Ted you already know where Rathyl is, what else is there? I'm totally going to tell if you're looking up LGuk to cheat on him with EE or Ghoul Supplier.
