Highkeep Guards
 

Was just wondering how often the guards in Highkeep are supposed to drop fine steel short swords. I killed about 10 different guards, and only got 1 fine steel drop. The only one that dropped the FS conned red. I remember them dropping a lot more on live.

Had an issue with guard weapons in the last patch.

Fixed next patch.
