Slam not working for Shaman

I've played quite a bit since the last patch and have noticed Slam is not working at all for my 40 Shaman. Hasn't landed once and I mash it virtually every time it's ready when in combat...

Slam has also not landed for my level 13-14 Barbarian Shaman since the patch. I also mash the button when I'm in combat.
