Attempting to get the "fake slansin" for the inert potion quest to spawn.

k, so either slansin or slansin denvin should be spawned. If they are not up, their respawn timer is something like 2 hours. You can spawn them forcefully by talking to Toresian. If your faction is amiable or better, he will spawn one of them.

If you give potion to the "correct one" the other should spawn immediately, and when he spawns he won't despawn when given an item.
Because I used to do this quest multiple times to fix faction from lucan kills on live before it was nerfed.
I just don't remember this original guy ever being up.
