Haste - how exactly does it work?
 

Basically, I,am looking at a mith 2h. Its listed at 31% haste and has a delay of 41. Does this mean it will actually be 28 delay?

Theres actually a cap on haste based per level. You can look it up somewhere but I dont think you get the full 31% at lvl 1, something like 25%.

As far as your delay calculation goes, yea... thats pretty much right

I posted this same question a while back and yes, you get full item haste at level 1.

You calculate it this way:

Delay/(1+Haste)

So, at 31% haste, your mithril 2h is actually 31 delay.
41/1.31= 31.29
