Dull Stone for Fae Amulet
 

Does anyone happen to know what island and/or what mob in sky drops the "dull stone" used in the bard quest for the Fae Amulet? Zam seems to have absolutely no info regarding this item. Any insight from bards who have completed this quest would be greatly appreciated!
