Grim's Tiger Revenger (Collar of Neshika)
 

The quest for collar of neshika (http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=1223) isn't on p99 although I believe it should be.

Scratch that, he is here but apparently in a different building that alla says he is supposed to be in. Also when I hail him there is no text.

Figured it out, he's supposed to be linked to the Ashen Order faction. The quest requires that you be a monk with faction standing above indifferent. I am currently warmly to AO yet indifferent to Grim.

Following what it says on alla and monkly-business, hailing him should spawn the text and walking through it will spawn the 3 tigers. Once I kill them they should drop their no-drop skins which can be turned in for the Collar of Neshika.

-fixed grim oakfists script. faction wasn't working for text, even if he had a faction
-he will now be on faction ashenorder
-created grid for kobb
-added faction rewards for the quest
