The target clicking was a P99 bug. The prenerf version is just usable by all classes namely a necro in Perma lich.

Yeah there are notes about the clicking on anyone was a bug. Basically an ikky necro needs this

just to make it clear both staffs are good ones!! this ones just alot better than good hehe

For that price and effects (self only, snare, not stacking with regrowth, knocking off sow i think) its not as good as you may think. Good for twinks..
