I have noticed if u stuned from bash kick and u try to use loh on you or other people the hability will not work .

and wich is worse the skill count as being used so when u recover from stun effect it has been wasted .

While I'm not certain this is indeed a bug or something that can be fixed - only the GM's can make this determination - you should file this in the Forums > Server Issues > Bugs forum so it's brought to their attention as they pay more attention to that forum than the general forums.
