Qeynos... I've not found a better place to level 1-10. It's mainly because of the gnoll fang quest yields outstanding exp. The newbie ground has tons of mobs to quickly make it to level 4-5.

+1 for Qeynos. This quest http://wiki.project1999.org/index.ph...tbite%27s_Fish is excellent exp 1-4 (make a throwaway character to kill the fish. The faction hits are huge) and then you can turn in gnoll fangs until your low teens.

Qeynos doesn't have a tunnel full of people to give you buffs. You can be 15 in a few hours just by asking for regen's and damage shields.

I would have to say Qeynos. The starting area around freeport is crap. The only good things about it is that buffs in tunnel are readily available and oasis/wc/nro are around for when you get a bit higher.

Once you hit like 12 in Qeynos I pretty much recommend you get out of dodge and go east, exp slows down too much.

freeport, go to tunnel get some buffs and a DS and you'll be level 10 in like 30minutes then starting area is irrelevant
