You attack during mob fights and plug when low on hp after you burn lay on hands.

I don't even bother fighting you after you burn Lay Hands because you always plug, hence all the SS's near a zoneline.

by pvp do you mean engaging someone who is currently fightig a mob? cause thats pvP+pve vs pvp.
