Molds are well beyond server's timeline.

what does that mean?

On Project 1999, merchant inventories only stock items that would be sold through a few months into the Ruins of Kunark expansion. I'm pretty sure jewelcrafting molds were introduced no sooner than Gates of Discord, which P99 will never see.
