Pet Level Summon Bugged
 

At lower levels earth pet seems to be only pet that can be summoned to max level. All others are summoned white con or blue.

Can you implement what SoE did years ago that no matter when you summon,
your pet is guaranteed max level?

Atleast fix the bug where you CAN summon a max level pet other then just Earth pet please.
