Reset Device Failure?
 

Is there a fix for this? it happens randomly When I Alt+Enter from windowed to full screen. It's very annoying as I like to play full screen but I often tab out to my web browser or something else during downtime which automatically sets me back to windowed mode. It's pretty much the only thing that ever makes me crash. Any ideas?

This happens to me occasionally. Most likely a coding bug, most likely no fix.

Make sure your refresh is set to the same as your desktop (usually 60)

Can be changed in options under video modes. Same as resolution.

I used to run into this very same issue quite some time back. Looking into it led me to this fix. It's not a guarantee that it'll fix the problem but I for one haven't run into the issues since so it's a good place to start. :)

Unfortunately, I think mine are the same, so not sure if that's the real culprit or just a solution to the symptoms :(
