How is AC working these days, few other Q's

I have searched extensively for this subject, and found many conflicting views.

I haven't played since 2010 and am just getting back into p1999.

Is AC working like classic more or less? And, do monks fall properly in their (pretty substantial) classic/kunark shoes? Or are monks mitigating like post-nerf, post-velious monks? IE what does eqemu code look like for monks and is p1999 altered from that?

Any thoughts on AC and Warriors, and how they a stacking to classic?

Other random question: how long do most people generally end up waiting for on IP exemption requests? Is it as long as the petition forum states?

Monks are sitting pretty much right where they were on live back during classic (in other words they are in pre-nerf mode).

Can't answer the warrior questions as never could get into playing one so haven't looked into it.

As for IP exemptions it can take anywhere form a day to a month. They do them in batches once or twice a month so it really depends on when you submit for one and when they decide to do the batch.

If anyone has done any concrete tests on AC, I'm sure a number of people would be interested in seeing the results.

AC on Warriors is working pretty well according to my memory. The thing that is broken with Warriors is Taunt. It is really bad so you need proc weapons to help out. But at low levels your dex is usually crap and so are the proc weapons you can afford.

So most Warriors are pretty bad at holding agro until say level 50. So a lot of them just give up playing them. Hence one more reason you can't find a mid to low level Tank on here.
