Clomen Walker - Kithicor
 

I'm trying to complete the Brell Serilis Disciple quest, which requires me to buy a Forest Barley from Clomen Walker in Kithicor.

The replies on the page for the Forest Barley:

..indicate that "Clomen Walker in the first house near West Commons in Kith."

I have gone into Kithicor several times with trackers, looking all around that area and all over the zone, but can never find him.

I assume he is a daytime spawn, and that this has something to do with the fact that the day/night cycle is borked in Kithicor? I have searched for information on that subject but turned up nothing, other than the fact that he exists and should in fact sell me Forest Barley.

Also, he HAS popped on this server before, as other people have finished this quest on this server:

I know there's other threads about Kithicor, but I thought maybe there's an easy fix for this one spawn?

it's all related to the same issue. when the undead spawn all the other mobs despawn. when the undead despawn event never fires, the regular mob spawn event never happens either.

I kind of suspected that, but since this is causing this specific issue, I thought I would try and shed some more light. It's cramping my beer-clicky style!

I'm all for whatever it takes to help get this figured out :) I have two weapons with my name on it!

devs: this is absolutely not a snarky reply but a serious inquiry, why is it that the dev and prod servers cannot both have the same date and time? that should solve the 35 year issue right?
