Robe of the Whistling Fist and Augment

I had a higher level chanter (red con, probably 50 or 55+) cast Augment on my 45 monk with Robe of the Whistling Fists. After that I could click my robe all i wanted, but i was not getting the clickie song/buff to appear in my buff window, nor was i getting the str, ac, or haste bonus. my str was the same as unbuffed when i clicked the robe. i dont think chanter haste should interfer with the robe clickie, but let me konw if i am wrong. once that one single buff faded, the icon appeared again in my effects window, and i clicked my robe, i got the stat buffs that go with it.thanks

I believe its the ac from augment that is causeing the click on your robe to be blocked. They are both Slot 3 Ac buffs so the highest will overrite and block the other spell.

On a side note, both The Robe of Whistling Fists effect and the Monk Epic effect stack because robe AC buff is Slot 3, and monk epic ac buff is Slot 8. Enjoy your click ( Hint, link them to flying kick in a hotbutton )

Nothing else in these spells cause a stacking conflict.

Unfortunatally, yes.
