Spook the Dead only 2 ticks
 

After the most recent patch, the SK spell Spook the Dead (i.e. Fear Undead) only last 2 ticks, whereas in Classic, and up until the last patch, it was 3 ticks.

The current behavior (2 ticks, then break) happens every time with my level 30 Troll SK.

This has always been the case afaik.

Regular fear seems to be the same way.

Yeah, one of the last two patches made this issue occur with both fears. The problem is that it isn't 2 ticks all the time. Half the time i'll get 3 and the other half 2. It used to be that half the time i'd get 3 on my necro and the other half would be 4.

Possibly the patch that made it so dots don't tick an extra time made this occur.

Pending update, I added the extra tic back in for some spells (those without DOT/HOT components) based on what little info I could find about them. DOT/HOT durations are correct though.
