EQ pvp still sucks. I don't believe any amount of incentive will get people to come over (and stay) that aren't already there.

I'd imagine the Red server is no different than the Blue one in that the forums tend to give a skewed picture of the actual players and that there are people who just want to play EQ and have a good time.

But I still don't care much for EQ PvP so I'll pass.

That's the problem. Their idea of fun is griefing people off the server and being as troll as possible. I'll pass, along with just about everyone else it seems. Pop is usually <100 at night.

That's unfortunate. I guess I just don't like painting groups of people with one brush, but if that's the case then that's the case. From reading the Blue forums you'd think people with certain guild tags are going to sprout horns and pour sugar in your gas tank, but they usually just toss some buffs and a "Hail."

If I make a name with "*****", "brrap", "imma", or "wtfpwn" ... will I fit right in? :D

EDIT: And jokes aside, if I did roll a character - where is a safeish area to get out of level 5-10 without being backstabbed to bind point every 5 minutes?
