Oasis Water

Last night I wanted to make some metal bits and arrow heads, but had to buy regular Water Flasks, because the Oasis Water I got from Shady in EC doesn't count.

Bro the oasis water has salt in it. Do you know what happens if you try to smith stuff with salt water????

Me neither but it probs would end poorly.

I guess you're right. Bad game design is not necessarily a bug.

You would think that if Oasis Water works the same as a Water Flask for all intents, why wouldn't it work in a crafting recipe.

=/

Well, following that, I can drink milk in game for the same purpose as water flask.

Can I make a sword tempering it with milk?

irl or in-game? cause i'm sure you could do it in real life.

I dunno, the recipe calls for water... so I tried water and it failed.

Sorry, I guess my Oasis Water isn't good enough...

lol

I'm pretty sure pouring milk on hot metal would introduce some protein impurities into the product as the the milk cooks on the redhot sword. But bro trying smithing with a Fizzlecutter Formula 5000 and see what happens! I bet it'll be bawsome!!
