crashes instantly
 

I recently got a new pc and havent played in awhile, I installed titanium and followed the steps and when i open the eqgame.exe shortcut i made eq immediately crashes and windows tells me it encountered a problem and needs to close. I cant even get sony's screen to come up. Is there a way to remedy this?

update: I figured out the problem, it was a resolution issue.
