cant use mouse look
 

with or without the option on i cant use the mouse look

you have to hold rightclick to mouse look ...

when i right click i move into the direction im looking
i remember playing EQ and left click to just look every direction without facing the direction im looking

that is no default setting of the titanium client ... default setting of the titanium client is hold right click to mouse look ... to run you have to hold left and then right click at the same time with default settings. ..

so only way to look behind me during fight its F9 i guess

yeah, or to put some other key onto the mouse look ... go into options (alt - o) key settings, and look for the mouse look keybindings and rebind them ...
