Full suit of medium banded armor.
 

Just started playing here last week and have been looking for the services of a blacksmith. Leave a message or send me a tell in game.

The two posts I've posted links to below were both in the Crafter/Tradeskill list sticky, and were by smiths who can make banded for you. Not sure if they are still active players, but it can't hurt to PM the authors of those posts.

Edit - there may be others smiths in that thread who could help too; I just searched the thread for "banded" and these were the two hits.
