everytime i try to zone there i get the message

tried a few times always get warped out the gate to west freeport.

It's a city beautification plan, and they're finally cleaning up those piles of crap on the ground?

I'm trying to start a character in the game, but I can't play a human because it says East Freeport is unavailable.

could always make a human in qeynos ^^
