Peg Leg
 

Peg Leg is not seeming to spawn the lesser spirt for shaman epic... I know this worked before kunark as I randomly killed him one day and then the dog popped and I kill it- resulting in a neg TS faction- that I posted about many moons ago if fixing TS faction was going to be in game (and it is yay epic!)

anywho...killed him a few times no dog... dunno if this is recent or has been- maybe its just stuck
