- bidding starts at 1pp and all bids must be posted in this thread with in-game character name

- bidding ends on Sunday, Febuary 5th, @ 8pm CST (unless two bidders still going at it, I will make judgement call)

- bids must be 250pp higher than previous bid, or they are disqualified

- winning bidders who do not pay will be disqualified, next bidders last bid will be deemed winner

- winning bid must be paid out within 24 hours or it is disqualified, payment will be made in North Freeport Bank

- i reserve the right to disqualify any bidder or bid at any time for any reason (mainly to keep trolls like fat Harrison out)

- bidder agrees to terms in this thread
