Only 3 AEs? Too low. Also he only dropped two items, no spells. Still charming too, tho he sucks at it.

Can't give any logs for Vox cus I was on a cleric and OOR. Though my group was never hit by the cold AE (others on raid too) and we didn't have a bard nor any fancy CR gear.

No dragon outside of VP is suppose to charm. At all. Not sure where you are getting this information from.

Also, world dragon recast timers should be 18seconds not 14seconds like Gorenaire was doing last week.

Recast delay doesn't mean it's instantly cast each time it refreshes. I am digging through some stuff to find further proof, all I have is this horrible video I found but these idiots got fear bombed so I couldn't count off the ticks.

Then why are we yet to resist a dragon charm on P99? Seems to me resist checks are broken. I've yet to resist a Nexona, Hoshkar AE or Dragon Charm.
